- Food and beverage services are not available every Monday in May, June, September, and October.
- During the summer season (June 27th to September 1st), sorry 19 years old after 18:00 will be restricted from entering.
- The depth of the pool is 1.25m and the length is 17m 70cm.
- Customers under the age of 14 can enter with their guardians.
- All areas of Heavenly Pool are non-smoking areas.
- Children - Elementary school students aged 36 months to 14 years / Adults - Middle school students aged 14 years or older
- Free admission - Under 36 months (date of birth must be checked) / Waterproof diapers must be worn
- You must wear a hat when using Heavenly Pool.(cap hat available)
- The operation of the swimming pool may be temporarily suspended without notice depending on weather conditions that are concerned about customer safety, such as typhoon heavy rain.

Restricted Items and Contents
|
- For the safety of customers, the use of cans and glass containers is restricted.
- For a pleasant water quality environment, outside food is prohibited.
- Stroller and wheeled items (wagon, cart, kickboard, etc.) are not allowed in Heavenly Pool.
- Restrict the use of tubes, flippers, snorkels, and toy water guns with a diameter of more than 1 meter.

Additional usage information

- If you want to use the sauna, you can use it after paying additional. (Adult only - 10,000 won)
- Outdoor lockers are not provided for guests.(Only general customers receive outdoor lockers)
- Commercial purpose photography limits the use of (unconsulted in advance).
